Job summary

TCR International in Perth is seeking an Operations Administrator to support day-to-day operations, keep timesheets and work orders running smoothly, and assist teams in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will process orders, manage data entry, and perform general office duties while promoting safety. Experience with Office365 and SAP is valued, as is prior work in dealership or workshop settings.

TCR has a brand-new, exciting opportunity available in our Perth Workshop: Operations Administrator!

The Opportunity

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, keeping systems, timesheets and work orders running smoothly while supporting teams in a dynamic, safety-focused aviation environment.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Provide timely, accurate administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and service departments

• Maintain and take ownership of timesheet processing.

• General office duties including mail, scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving.

• Assist operations administrators and operations managers as required.

• Promote a safety-first approach.

• Acquire exposure to the unique nature of the Aviation Industry.

Who we're looking for:

• Experience working with Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience managing accurate and timely data entry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Fantastic organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time.

• Previous experience working in dealership/automotive/workshop settings would be highly regarded.

• Experience with SAP – highly regarded.
