Job summary

TCR GSE invites applications for a Customer Service Coordinator at our Sydney Airport workshop. You will act as the link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication on equipment availability, repairs, and service timelines.

You will build strong relationships with customers, lead meetings, analyze data, and deliver clear updates to stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service coordination, scheduling, or similar roles.
• Confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Calm, positive, customer-focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide updates on equipment availability, repair progress, and service timelines.
• Bridge between customers and workshop team to share information clearly.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings with operational updates.
• Prepare and share reports, analyse data, and communicate insights.
• Resolve queries efficiently and escalate when needed.
• Support workshop leadership by ensuring timely, professional communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and long-term relationships.
