Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant - Complex Rehab to act as a frontline troubleshooter, delivering excellent service via phone and email from Fyshwick, Canberra. This entry-to-mid level role reports to the Regional Manager - ACT and runs Monday to Friday in a full-time permanent capacity.

You will learn products and services to improve customer experiences, place and track orders, and build lasting relationships with customers through supportive, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Customer service or industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
• Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient manner.
• Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing.
• Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and on emails making a great first impression in every case.
