Job summary

Arriba Group’s Rehab Management team is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Canberra to support injured workers through their recovery and safe return-to-work journey. You will assess workplaces, develop tailored plans, and collaborate with clients, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes.

Key duties include delivering interventions, monitoring progress and producing high-quality reports. This is a full-time role with flexible working options, based in Canberra, ACT.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications to practise rehabilitation counselling and psychology.
• Professional registration with ASORC/AASW/AHPRA required.
• Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace assessments and develop tailored return-to-work plans.
• Build relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes.
• Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes.
• Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes.

Education

Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling

Masters in Psychology

Registration with ASORC/AASW/AHPRA

The requirements:
