Job summary

Aidacare is seeking a Service Administrator - Complex Rehab in Moorebank, NSW to coordinate delivery of regular service calls, respond to clients and arrange repairs with service technicians, delivering excellent customer service.

Hours are Monday to Friday, full-time permanent. You will work with the National Manager - Complex Rehab and support internal/external stakeholders, using Excel and internal systems to keep jobs on track.

Qualifications

• Background in service/repair roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong computer literacy including Excel.
• Motivated with willingness to learn and hit targets.
• Team player capable of working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers professionally.
• Coordinate service calls with technicians and schedule visits.
• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices as required.
• Provide progress updates to customers.
• Suggest process improvements to grow the service business.
