Job summary

Zest4Talent Ltd is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor near Salisbury. You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, handling bookings, inquiries and payments from busy customers in a friendly, proactive role. The position is office-based, 37–40 hours per week, with some weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience using booking or CRM systems is useful.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Attitude and personality are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Helping customers with bookings, amendments and general questions.
• Delivering a warm, friendly and professional customer experience.
• Taking ownership of queries and guiding to resolution.
• Processing bookings and payments.
• Maintaining accurate customer and booking information.
• Updating CRM and internal systems.
• Following up with customers as needed.
• Support voucher and gifting administration.
• Assisting with stock control for products available to customers.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations.
• Suggesting ways to improve the customer journey.
