Job summary

The BUSY Group is a not-for-profit organisation delivering employment and training services from Southport, on the Gold Coast. We seek a Customer Experience Advisor to build relationships and connect people with opportunities across our services.

You will manage calls with empathy, respond to enquiries, and tailor solutions using our full range of offerings. This full-time permanent role is based at the Southport office, walking distance to the beach and near public transport.

Qualifications

• Background working with multiple computer systems.
• Desirably, previous experience in a call centre environment.
• Excellent customer and client interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes.

About the role…

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will build and maintain professional relationships with people from all walks of life, connecting them with employment, apprenticeship, and training opportunities.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Respond to enquiries and provide tailored solutions
• Use your knowledge of The BUSY Group’s full range of services to meet customer needs

Unlike traditional contact centres, our team is measured on quality, not call length. We focus on listening, identifying needs, and creating a memorable, personalised experience for every caller.

This is a full time permanent opportunity, based out of our Southport office. We are located walking distance to the beach and close to public transport.
