BUSY Ability, part of The BUSY Group, is seeking an Employment Consultant to support people through the Ex-Offenders program under a Workforce Australia contract. The role requires resilience, solid client relation skills, and KPI delivery.

The position is full-time, fixed term until 30 June 2027, based in Southport, Australia, with standard office hours. The BUSY Group emphasizes safeguarding and inclusive practices across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Digitally savvy with intermediate computer skills.
• Previous administration experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
• Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity.
• Must be able to obtain Blue Card and National Police Check with no adverse outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment consultant services under Workforce Australia specialist contract (Ex-Offenders Program).
• Work full time in our Southport office (8:30am–5pm, Mon–Fri).
• Maintain KPI performance and positive client outcomes.
