Job summary

O'Brien Group in Perth's Kewdale region is seeking an experienced Glazier to join a high-performing team. You will measure, cut, install and reglaze glass for residential and commercial projects, delivering safe, customer-focused service.

The role offers an $80k base with overtime and allowances, a company vehicle, tool and equipment provisions, and ongoing training including AS1288 updates. Clear development pathways and employee discounts complete the package.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Glass & Glazing or equivalent is required.
• Proven reglazing experience demonstrated on site.
• Commitment to safe work practices and procedures.
• Reliable and detail-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of AS1288 standards is highly regarded.
• Experience with aluminium glazing and screen systems.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, install and replace glass.
• Reglazing and on-site joinery work (new + replacement).
• Install shower screens, security screens and glazing systems.
• Use correct lifting techniques and equipment.
• Work in teams on larger installs for safe, efficient workflow.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
