What You’ll Receive
  • Casual rate: $37.82 p/h + commission + super
  • Flexible shifts: Monday–Saturday, 8am–10pm
  • 4‑week rosters published in advance
  • Padstow location with free onsite parking
  • Weekly pay

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling O’Brien®.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound customer calls with confidence and care
  • Booking vehicle glass repair and replacement appointments
  • Clearly explaining solutions and value‑added products
  • Building trust through professional communication
  • Working collaboratively within a stable, established team
Training & Support

You’ll be set up properly from day one.

  • 4 weeks of full‑time paid training (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
  • Structured onboarding with clear systems and processes
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring
  • A mature, supportive contact centre environment
  • Plus: all‑day breakfast onsite and a down‑to‑earth team culture.
About You

You don’t need glass industry experience — transferable skills matter most. You’ll be well‑suited if you bring:

  • Customer service or sales experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, trades support, etc.)
