Job summary

Airnorth is seeking a Customer Contact Consultant to join our Reservations and Customer Support team. You will arrange reservations and bookings for our valued customers while delivering a high level of customer service.

You will process bookings, issue tickets, and provide accurate information to travel agents and industry partners. You will also handle website inquiries and ensure all reservations paperwork is completed.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• High level of customer service delivery.
• Data entry experience.
• Willingness to work within a team environment.
• Enthusiasm and confidence.
• Experience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or travel industry background.

Reporting to the Reservations and Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for arranging reservations and bookings for our valued customers whilst maintaining a high level of excellent customer service.

RESPONSIILITIES

• Processing bookings and issuing tickets to meet our customers’ requests including our corporate clients
• Providing accurate information on all aspects of reservations to Travel Agents and other industry partners
• Answering queries and processing bookings generated via our website
• Ensuring reservations-related paperwork and queues are actioned accordingly
• Processing of pre-paid excess baggage
• Ensuring passengers are aware of schedule changes and delays

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Data entry experience
• Willingness to work within a team environment
• Enthusiasm and confidence
• Experience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or previous positions within the travel industry will be highly regarded
