We are seeking an experienced Engineering Training & Development Officer to join our Engineering team. Part Time – 25 hours per week | Darwin, NT (Preferred) or Perth, WA. While our preference is for the successful candidate to be based in Darwin, we are also open to considering suitably qualified candidates located in Perth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, strengthening technical capability, and ensuring high standards of safety and compliance within a Part 145 environment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position supports the delivery, coordination and administration of technical and non-technical training for Airnorth's Engineering workforce. You will develop competency-based training materials, support OJT supervision for Apprentices and Engineers, and maintain accurate training records to ensure regulatory compliance. This is a hands‑on role that works closely with Supervisors, Part 145 Trainers, Quality & Safety, and external training providers. You will also conduct hangar inductions and ensure training facilities, materials and assessments are prepared and delivered to a high standard.
