About the role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Network Operations Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing Airnorth's day-to-day flying operations and leading the Network Operations team. This is a hands-on operational leadership role with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, on-time performance, disruption management, cost control and customer outcomes. The position also acts as the primary operational contact for Airnorth's charter clients. The successful candidate will work predominantly Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required to provide weekend coverage, work early starts or late finishes, and participate in an after-hours on-call arrangement where operationally required.
