Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and in-person service skills.
• Willingness to lift, bend and climb as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great in-person, phone and online shopping experience.
• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
• Contribute to positive sales performance through strong service.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process stock, receive, dispatch and store items.
