The role includes handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, guiding customers through devices, and supporting local marketing initiatives. Minor repairs training is provided and a strong customer-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions; provide tailored information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
