Job summary

Reo Group in Silverwater is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, orders and providing high service levels.

You will build relationships, process orders and quotations, liaise with internal teams, and support sales growth in a manufacturing environment. This permanent, full-time role offers onsite parking and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
