Job summary

You will own customer service delivery, drive operational effectiveness and establish scalable service frameworks that support business growth.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee performance, manage escalations and partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver a seamless customer

• Proven leadership in customer operations or service functions.
• Experience improving end-to-end customer journeys and pricing administration.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and scalable processes.
