Job summary

Verosol Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Revesby, NSW. This role is central to creating a positive experience for our customers and dealer network, from the first enquiry through to order fulfilment and after-sales support.

You will accurately process orders, respond to product and service enquiries, resolve day-to-day issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office-based customer service, customer care, order-processing or administrative role.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to learn order-entry, customer and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and dealer enquiries by telephone, email and face to face.
• Provide accurate information about Verosol products, services, orders and processes.
• Enter, review and process customer orders and transactions accurately.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations, returns and related documentation.
• Clarify missing information with customers and internal teams before orders progress.
• Investigate and resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex matters.
