Responsibilities

• Run the customer email and SMS inbox each morning with AI-assisted replies; review and send.
• Reply to customer text inquiries.
• Assist processing online orders and showroom orders.
• Book international and domestic orders.
• Process refunds.
• Assist with basic admin tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Run the customer email and SMS text-line each morning — you'll be assisted with AI trained technology to draft replies; you'll check them, fix them and send them
• Reply to the text-line
• Assist processing online orders and showroom orders
• Book in International and Domestic orders
• Process refunds
• Assist with basic admin tasks
