Blue Illusion Pty seeks a Part Time Sales Assistant for our Hampton boutique in Melbourne to deliver personalised service, build connections with customers, and maintain a welcoming, beautifully presented retail space.

The role offers 10–15 hours per fortnight, development and training from experienced stylists, generous employee discounts and a seasonal clothing allowance, plus opportunities to earn bonuses through Super Styling and participate in community partnerships.

Formación

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections.
• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded).

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through personalised service and styling advice.
• Processing deliveries and maintaining an organised stockroom.
• Assisting with online order fulfilment and click-and-collect orders.
• Supporting visual merchandising to showcase our collections and brand standards.

About the Role

We're looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our Hampton boutique working approximately 10-15 hours a fortnight. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.
