Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Cairns is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service, handle transactions, and guide customers through banking options at our Smithfield Cairns branch. You’ll act as the face of the branch, support online platforms, and help customers achieve their financial goals.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers on-site work with a 76-hour fortnight schedule and opportunities for on-the-job training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through in-depth conversations to identify financial goals.
