Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments and ability to meet targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and risk awareness.
• Willingness to travel across branches and work in different locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and basic inquiries across multiple branches.
• Educate customers on online platforms and digital banking options.
• Recommend suitable products and services to customers.
• Process transactions, handle cash, investigate queries and assist with paperwork as needed.
