Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Prospect is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional service, handle transactions, and assist customers with digital platforms. You’ll work in a busy branch, acting as a friendly face who helps customers achieve their banking goals while prioritising accuracy and risk management.

You’ll engage with customers through consultative conversations, partner with specialists, and participate in ongoing training through BEN U.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions.
• Confidence to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and inquiries in-branch.
