Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor in Mermaid Waters on a permanent part-time basis. You will assist customers with transactions, explain online banking, and recommend products to help them achieve their financial goals.

In this role you will build strong customer relationships, process transactions, handle cash, and support digital channels. A team-focused, service-driven approach and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
• Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
• Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
