Bloom HR Pty Ltd partners with Harbord OOSH to recruit a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion. The role drives educational excellence and inclusion across Before/After School and Vacation programs, reporting to the Centre Director and shaping MTOP-aligned practice.

Based in Newcastle or Central Coast, the role is Senior leadership with travel to Freshwater as needed. You will mentor educators, review practice, and foster continuous improvement within a supportive leadership team.

Competenze

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification approved under the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
• Experience in roles such as Educational Leader, Practice Lead, Assistant Director, OSHC Coordinator or Centre Leadership.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP, the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations.
• Demonstrated experience leading curriculum development and educational quality.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs and inclusion planning.

• Lead educational practice, curriculum implementation and continuous improvement across the service.
• Coach, mentor and support staff to strengthen curriculum planning and program quality.
• Champion inclusive practice and ensure meaningful participation for all children.
• Lead development and review of Inclusion Support Program (ISP) applications and funding requirements.
• Lead curriculum planning and programming aligned with MTOP.
• Conduct curriculum observations, practice reviews and quality audits.
• Facilitate professional learning and capability-building for educators.
• Build collaborative partnerships with families, schools and external supports.
• Analyse outcomes data to inform service improvements.
• Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and governance reporting.
• Provide leadership support as 2IC and Secondary Nominated Supervisor when required.
