Job summary

Harbord OOSH is seeking a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion to drive educational excellence, inclusion, and child wellbeing across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs. You will partner with the Centre Director to strengthen educator capability and ensure programs reflect children's interests and diverse needs.

You’ll mentor educators, review practice, and lead inclusion initiatives while ensuring MTOP alignment and high-quality educational programming.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum development and educational quality initiatives.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor educators and emerging leaders.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP, NQF, and National Regulations related to early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational practice and continuous improvement across the service.
• Coach and support Assistant Directors and educators to improve curriculum planning and program quality.
• Champion inclusive practices and inclusion strategies across all programs.
