Harbord OOSH seeks a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion to drive educational excellence and inclusive practice across the Newcastle/Central Coast service. You will partner with the Centre Director and educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with MTOP and the National Quality Framework.

The role focuses on mentoring staff, leading reflective practice, and developing strategies to support children with diverse needs while ensuring governance and reporting are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum development and educational quality.
• Strong understanding of MTOP and NQF.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing educators and leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead curriculum implementation and continuous improvement across the service.
• Coach and support Assistant Directors and educators to strengthen planning and program quality.
• Champion inclusive practice and develop inclusion strategies and plans.
• Coordinate ISP applications, documentation and funding requirements.
• Lead professional learning and capability-building for staff.
