Harbord OOSH is seeking a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion to drive educational excellence and inclusive practice across the service. Based in Newcastle or the Central Coast, the role involves leadership of curriculum, inclusion and wellbeing with travel to Freshwater as needed.

You will work with Centre Directors and educators to deliver high-quality programs that reflect children’s interests and needs, coaching others, and leading reflective practice to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification approved under the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
• Experience in Educational Leader, Practice Lead, Assistant Director or OSHC Coordinator roles.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP, NQF and National Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead curriculum development and educational programming across Before/After School and Vacation Care.
• Coach and mentor directors and educators to improve program quality.
• Champion inclusive practice to ensure all children participate meaningfully and safely.
• Develop inclusion strategies and behaviour support plans.
• Coordinate ISP applications, documentation and funding requirements.
• Analyse educational outcomes and wellbeing data to inform service improvement.
• Provide leadership support as 2IC and Secondary Nominated Supervisor.
