Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Director Cultural Safety Learning - First Nations for a Federal Government agency. The role focuses on developing and delivering cultural safety learning and capability initiatives across the Agency, building stakeholder relationships and influencing organizational change.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and delivering workplace learning or capability programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Proven project or program management experience, including planning, delivery, reporting and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level documentation.
• Ability to provide strategic advice and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of cultural safety learning programs.
• Manage workplace capability initiatives that support strategic workforce objectives.
• Coordinate the delivery of facilitated and self-paced learning programs.
• Engage and collaborate with First Nations communities, organisations, and stakeholders to support culturally safe outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers, submissions, and other documentation.
• Lead project planning, monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities.
• Represent the Agency at meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements.
