You’ll sell policies, make amendments, and process cancellations while listening to customers and guiding them through options. Great communication, adherence to scripts, and a drive to meet service and sales targets are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow scripts and compliance requirements to ensure proper handling of calls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time in-office presence at Sippy Downs, Monday to Friday.
• Handle NSW-related CTP insurance queries in addition to general products.
• Sell policies, make amendments, and perform cancellations as needed.
• Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value.
• Follow a clear call structure so customers understand cover, pricing, and next steps.
• Follow scripts and comply with requirements to ensure proper processes.
• Work toward service and sales targets with regular feedback and coaching.
