Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience, ideally in a contact centre or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Confidence working towards targets and taking ownership of outcomes.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital systems.
• Resilience and urgency to deliver quality outcomes.
• Flexibility to work from home with one day a month in Gisborne office.

Join our CTP team as a CTP Specialist and help deliver exceptional sales and service customer experiences

You'll build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and provide clear, relevant support to help them make confident decisions about their CTP insurance.

These roles are scheduled to commence on Wednesday 4th November, 2026.

We have two opportunities available:

• Full-time: Permanent, Monday to Friday
• Part-time: Permanent, 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
