Job summary

Destec is seeking a Crushing Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient operation of crushing circuits on a Northern Goldfields site in WA. Lead a small team of tradespeople and operators, coordinating daily activities and maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Role requires hands-on leadership with experience across fixed/mobile crushing plants and a thorough understanding of mining operations. 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster; salary is competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in crushing operations (fixed/mobile) and leading operational/maintenance teams.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and mining operations.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to pass medical/drug/alcohol screens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of crushing circuits while leading a multidisciplinary crew.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, monitor plant performance, and manage shutdown/maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all work meets safety, production and quality expectations and foster a positive safety culture.
