Job summary

MLG Oz in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Crushing Supervisor to lead our crushing and screening operations across WA. Join a growing ASX-listed contractor with modern equipment, strong safety culture and clear career progression.

You will lead site crews, drive production, mentor operators and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced mining environment. A minimum of 4 years in mining/crushing and supervisory experience is required, with a solid knowledge of mobile crushing

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in mining and crushing operations.
• Supervisory or leading hand experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile crushing plant operations.
• Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
