Job summary

Linkforce is seeking a Crushing Supervisor for a casual FIFO role, leading fixed plant crushing teams across client sites in WA. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, mentoring, and ensuring QA/QC and HSEQ compliance.

Essential qualifications include 2+ years as a supervisor and 5+ years in fixed plant crushing maintenance, with a heavy fabrication or mechanical fitting trade. WA-based roster and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience as a supervisor and 5 years in fixed plant crushing maintenance.
• Heavy Fabrication or Mechanical Fitting trade qualification (AU/NZ recognised).
• Experience with Metso, FLD and Sandvik would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervising works to ensure all is completed to the client and company specifications.
• Leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables.
• Liaising with Linkforce clients and site-based personnel.
• Planning and scheduling work and labour requirements.
• Monitoring progress against the work schedule.
• Record and monitor team members performance, provide mentorship and address issues where necessary.
• Incident investigation and reporting.
• Supervise and conduct visual inspections of work to ensure it meets required standards and client specifications (QA/QC).
• Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company HSEQ standards and procedures.
