Job summary

Precision Seeding Solutions (PSS Ag) in Toowoomba is seeking a motivated CRM & Systems Specialist to join our team. The role combines CRM management, workflow improvement, automation and internal sales administration across our Trimble and Precision Planting businesses.

You will become our internal CRM and systems expert—optimizing information flow, building workflows, automations and reports to boost efficiency for sales and admin teams.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, organised and systems-focused person to join our team in Toowoomba as a CRM & Systems Specialist.

This is a varied role combining CRM management, workflow improvement, automation and internal sales administration across our Trimble and Precision Planting businesses.

A key part of the role will be becoming our internal CRM and systems expert — understanding how information moves through the business, identifying where processes can be improved, and helping build and maintain the workflows, automation and systems that make our sales and administration teams more efficient.

You will work closely with management and the sales team to ensure the CRM is being used effectively and that the systems behind our sales processes are working as they should.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain our CRM and related business systems.

Support staff with CRM processes, troubleshooting and training.

Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity information.

Build and maintain CRM workflows, automation, notifications and approvals.

Identify repetitive tasks and find ways to automate them.

Help connect information between CRM and third party platforms.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards and sales pipelines.

Investigate and resolve system and workflow issues.

Help improve internal sales and administration processes.

Assist with sales orders, purchase orders and other sales documentation.

Work with management and the sales team on system improvement projects.

Document processes and workflows so the team knows how things work.

About You

We are looking for someone who loves systems and technology, enjoys solving problems and naturally looks for ways to make things work better.

You need to be comfortable getting into a system, understanding how it works, working out why something isn't happening and finding a better way to make it happen.

You will need to be someone who can work between people and technology — understanding what the sales team needs while also understanding how to make the CRM deliver it.
