McKinnel Associates seeks a hands-on CRM Manager to own Salesforce and marketing automation across NSW. You will manage data, lead scoring, journeys, and campaign setup, working closely with the Head of Marketing.
The role blends CRM, marketing automation, and digital projects, with a hybrid model offering up to 3 days WFH. A practical, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.
My client is a multiple award winning, leading residential home builder with a strong presence across NSW and a clear focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The business is continuing to invest in its digital and CRM capability and is looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to take ownership of Salesforce and marketing automation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CRM professional who enjoys being close to the detail, implementing and improving systems rather than managing a large team or operating at a purely strategic level.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take day-to-day ownership of Salesforce as the central platform for customer data, lead management and marketing automation. You'll be responsible for keeping the CRM running effectively, building and improving automated customer journeys, supporting campaigns and identifying practical ways to improve how the business manages and communicates with its customers. You'll also have some exposure to the website and digital agency, making this a varied role that sits across CRM, marketing automation and digital.
Key responsibilities include:
About You:
This role is suited to an experienced, hands-on CRM professional who enjoys working across Salesforce, marketing automation and campaign execution. You'll have enough experience to confidently own the day-to-day CRM function, but this isn't a senior strategic or people-management position. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the system, building journeys, solving problems and making things work.
To be successful, you will have:
Why Join:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership of a CRM function without stepping into a large-scale strategic or people-management role. You'll be hands-on with Salesforce, marketing automation and customer journeys while working closely with an experienced Head of Marketing and wider team. The hybrid working model offers up to 3 days WFH, while the role itself provides plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a tangible difference to how the business manages its customers and marketing activity. If you're an experienced CRM professional looking for a stable business, flexibility and a role where you can actually get stuck into the systems, this could be a great fit.
You must have unrestricted working rights in Australia to apply.
