Job summary

Precision Seeding Solutions (PSS Ag) in Toowoomba is seeking a motivated CRM & Systems Specialist to join our team. The role combines CRM management, workflow improvement, automation and internal sales administration across our Trimble and Precision Planting businesses.

You will become our internal CRM and systems expert—optimizing information flow, building workflows, automations and reports to boost efficiency for sales and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM systems.
• Ability to design and improve business workflows.
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem solving and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our CRM and related business systems.
• Support staff with CRM processes, troubleshooting and training.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity information.
• Build and maintain CRM workflows, automation, notifications and approvals.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them.
• Connect information between CRM and third party platforms.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and sales pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve system and workflow issues.
• Improve internal sales and administration processes.
• Assist with sales orders and other documentation.
• Work with management on system improvement projects.
• Document processes and workflows.
