Are you a detail-oriented systems support professional looking to make a direct impact on business technology workflows? We are seeking a proactive CRM Support Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for platform enquiries, streamline service delivery, and enhance user adoption. What You Will Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact to triage, track, and coordinate end-to-end CRM support requests and operational enquiries.

• Technical aptitude with Microsoft 365 and exposure to enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to track multiple requests through to resolution with acute attention to detail.
