Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Triage, track, and coordinate end-to-end CRM support requests and enquiries.
- Assist internal stakeholders in maximising Salesforce functionality.
- Refine system workflows, service delivery, and governance documentation.
- Support UAT, release management, and governance reviews.
- Develop user guides, quick-reference resources, and procedure documentation.
