Job summary

The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) is seeking a Functional Analyst – CRM within Student Services at Sippy Downs. You will combine business analysis with systems expertise to improve the platforms underpinning the student experience, including Oracle B2C Service (CRM) and CareerHub, delivering practical solutions for better service delivery.

Qualifications

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business and system issues.
Ability to elicit requirements, map processes and translate them into functional specs.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication with non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting enterprise systems and translating requirements into solutions.
Knowledge of CRM platforms, student management systems or similar is valued.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist functional expertise in student systems through analysis, requirements gathering, design, training and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design solutions for operational effectiveness.
Offer advanced functional support for student systems and ensure optimal outcomes for CRM platforms.
Provide leadership and guidance on testing, UAT and user adoption for system enhancements.
