University of New England (AU) seeks a Senior Systems Officer to administer and optimise CRM and Placement Systems within Technology & Digital Services. You will manage operations, train users, and deliver analytical reports while shaping student experiences and future service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Demonstrated experience in software system administration.

Responsibilities

• Administering and optimising a portfolio of TDS-hosted systems, focusing on CRM and Placement Systems.
• Provide stakeholder support, user training, and knowledge management.
• Generate analytical reports and configure systems to improve student experiences.
• Engage with the UNE community to design and implement service improvements, including AI capabilities.
