Job summary

UniSC in Sunshine Coast, Australia, seeks a Functional Analyst – CRM to drive improvements across Oracle B2C Service, CareerHub and related platforms. You’ll blend business analysis with systems knowledge and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, measurable solutions that enhance the student experience.

You’ll lead requirements gathering, design solutions, support testing (UAT) and guide adoption, while working with a diverse team in a progressive university

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional analyst, business analyst, systems analyst or CRM specialist in complex environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and process improvements.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and CRM platforms, preferably in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist functional expertise in student systems and CRM platforms through requirements gathering and design.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend system solutions.
• Provide advanced functional support, configuration analysis and user adoption support.
• Lead testing activities including UAT and implementation support.
