Job summary

EML Group is seeking a CRM Platform Lead to own the Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse roadmap, delivering hands-on configuration, integrations, and improvements that align with business priorities.

You will manage environments, releases and ITIL-aligned processes, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to balance enhancements and technical debt while supporting data and reporting needs. This is a hybrid, full-time Sydney-based role within our Specialist Organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including hands-on configuration of Dataverse and model-driven apps.
• Experience supporting CRM integrations and automation using Power Automate, connectors and APIs.
• Strong capability in environment and release management, incident resolution and service transition, with knowledge of identity, licensing and access controls (Microsoft Entra, RBAC).
• Ability to translate business needs into practical CRM solutions and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Data migration, SharePoint, Outlook and reporting experience; relevant Microsoft or ITIL qualifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse roadmap, keeping the platform reliable and aligned with business priorities.
• Lead hands-on configuration and enhancements to maximise standard platform capabilities.
• Manage environments, testing and controlled releases, including Microsoft updates.
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management per ITIL practices across CRM, integrations and data.
• Partner with business and delivery teams to prioritise the CRM backlog and drive improvements.
