Job summary

GWA Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Specialist to shape our CRM and automation landscape across our Australian operations. You will work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse and Azure DevOps, designing practical solutions that improve how the business operates.

You’ll own solution delivery, collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and help drive continuous improvement, AI opportunities, and platform enhancements while staying hands-on with the tech.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience.
• Good understanding of Power Platform Administration and Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
• Experience talking with business users and translating requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the Dynamics 365 environment across CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Lead solutions that improve how the business operates.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Contribute to AI and automation roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide BAU support while driving project-based enhancements.
