Job summary

EnergyAustralia Pty is seeking a Credit Strategy Leader based in Victoria with responsibility for credit risk, collections strategy and regulatory reporting. You will manage the PowerCurve Collections platform, drive risk-based customer strategies across Residential, SME and C&I portfolios, and lead a small team in a hybrid Docklands setting.

You will work with Technology, Finance, Regulatory and Compliance teams to translate data into effective strategies, owning controls and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Experience leading credit risk/collections strategy initiatives.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable credit strategies.
• Strong leadership across a small team and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and risk controls.
• Analytical mindset with a commercial focus on customer value.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and operations of the PowerCurve Collections system.
• Lead credit risk strategy across portfolios; segmentation and scoring.
• Identify cost-to-serve improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
• Own controls and assurance framework for credit strategy activities.
• Prepare timely regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
• Develop and mentor the credit strategy team to build capability.
