• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, including rostering and staff development.
• Lead assessment of credit transfer, advanced standing and RPL applications.
• Provide expert guidance to applicants and staff on credit-related matters.
• Maintain and enhance the credit precedent database and associated workflows.
• Produce data-driven reports to inform efficiency, planning and compliance.
