You will manage end-to-end debtor activities, escalate issues appropriately, and partner with finance teams to optimise credit performance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Credit Controller or similar role.
• End-to-end collections and debtor management experience.
• Experience handling complex or high-value customer accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in a professional services environment is valued.
• Exposure to practice management systems or ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume and complex debtor ledger.
• Proactively follow up outstanding accounts and drive collections activity.
• Handle escalated and sensitive debtor matters.
• Conduct credit assessments and approve new credit applications.
• Monitor and mitigate credit risk exposure.
• Maintain accurate client account information and records.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable and Billing teams to resolve invoice queries.
• Prepare aged debtor reports and provide cash flow insights.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to review outstanding debt positions.
• Support continuous improvement of credit processes and procedures.
