The role balances leadership with hands-on work, offering a base salary of AUD 90,000 plus super and a hybrid work environment across Australia’s security and facilities management sectors.

Qualificações

• Experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or coaching experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sound judgment, resilience, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Collections Officers and set performance standards.
• Oversee debtor portfolios and escalate high‑risk matters.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Use data and systems to track and improve performance and cash flow.
