Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a Credit Assurance Officer to support credit limit reviews and maintain strong credit controls. You will monitor directors, collateral, and Member files, conducting due diligence and timely responses in a busy environment.

The role requires at least two years’ experience in credit, risk or admin, with good communication and strong organisational skills to balance competing demands and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role or an administrative role within a professional environment.
• Sound understanding of credit risk assessment practices.
• Intermediate capability across the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage competing demands, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process credit limit reviews with accurate assessments and timely delivery.
• Monitor changes to directors, guarantees, property and loan collateral, and Member credit files.
• Complete required due diligence and maintain up-to-date records.
• Provide responsive support to the Senior Credit Assurance Officer and stakeholders.
