Job summary

OFX is seeking a commercially minded partnerships manager to own, stabilise and scale the affiliate channel. You will deepen existing relationships, acquire new high-quality partners across comparison platforms, and renegotiate commercial structures to align with CPA-driven profitability.

You will personally run Impact, Salesforce records, and the associated commercial negotiations, balancing CAC/LTV with unit economics.

Qualifications

6–10+ years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing or performance partnerships.
Proven track record stabilising and growing partner bases.
Experience with comparison sites, review platforms and financial publishers.
Experience operating in regulated environments (compliance/due diligence).
History migrating partners to CPA or hybrid models.
Experience building/using partner portals and asset delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

Stabilise and deepen relationships with existing partners.
Acquire high-quality new partners across comparison sites and digital publishers.
Renegotiate commercial structures to prefer CPA-based models.
Own Impact platform, Salesforce records and partner negotiations.
Monitor AI-driven tools impact on referral traffic and adapt strategies.
